Safety and health
Safety and health are our primary concerns, and our management staff is Red Cross certified in infant, child and adult CPR, and emergency first aid. Our facility has all the extras parents love to see when they bring their children to us: smiling faces, open arms and plenty of fun things to do.
We are open from 7am to 6pm every weekday. For specific events and holiday closures, please see our Events & Schedules Page ».
Extra measures we're taking during COVID-19
We adhere to all of the CDC guidelines, and are in contact with them regularly. When children arrive at either of the buildings, we take their temperatures to ensure they are within the allowed range before entrance. Children must also wash their hands immediately upon arrival. Parents are not allowed in the buildings at any time, and must wear a mask during drop-off and pick-up.
We shampoo the carpets and use Shield It Systems monthly. Our staff is exercising extra caution to aim for the highest level of cleanliness.
Staff cleanliness
Hand-washing is an extremely important part of our daily routine, and is done:
-
Upon arriving at the facility
-
After any toilet use
-
After nose-wiping or diaper-changing
-
After recess
-
Before meals
-
At any other time necessary, such as after crafts, or playing outside
Hand Sanitizer is always available for use by visitors and staff.
If you still have questions, please contact us » anytime! We look forward to hearing from you.
Security
-
Both of our buildings are secure and locked with touchpad access.
-
Normally, parents may either use the touchpad or purchase a key FOB for $20 for access to the buildings, between the hours of 7am - 6pm. Currently, parents are not allowed access inside either building.
Children are signed in via an application we use called Brightwheel. It allows us to sign children in with iPads in the buildings, or the parents can do so with the app on their phones. Notifications will alert parents when their children are signed in and out, as well as many other information alerts.
Web cameras
We have installed a state-of-the-art camera system so parents can check on their children throughout the day. Sign-in information will be provided when you register your child.

Webcam policies
We have adequate bandwidth for parents to log-in and check their child's progress at Bohrn To Achieve. However, if hundreds of different connections are opened at the same time, the system won't work. Please check-in often, then close your connection.
Please don't give your username and password to anyone that is not authorized to view our kids. Parents and Grandparents are welcome! We reserve the right to reset your account name and password at any time.
* Only families of children currently enrolled at BTA are authorized to access our cameras.
Please help us keep our facility secure
-
Don't share your password with anyone other than close family members.
-
Webcam viewing is to check on the status of your child and is not for pre-sales - please recommend that an acquaintance call for a tour if they want to see our facility.
-
If you are aware of anyone snooping or being nosy - in other words using the webcams for the wrong reasons - please let us know.
